Yes, the Freud seems to be 3mm X. 5.. for the Jesada I'll look for a 3-48.. thank you.. I'll pick one up, give it a try

I reread your post.. I missed the radius, and used diameter.. the numbers are more what I expected
250cfm at the blast gate, 150cfm to the tool.. system needs an upgrade :) |

For the water based finishes... just because of the easier cleanup.. what pressure should i try to spray at?
It's a low cost (cheap) Harbor Fright HVLP gun.. it has it's own regulator on it as well

The one thing I can measure.. is how tight the spring tension should be on the in-feed roller...
