This is a Tia Kwan Do belt rack I made for my Grandson. The plaque on the top is his name carved out in Korean. The box is for his current belt. It has a hinged front with his name painted inside of a plexiglas front.
You may have to modify it for your use, but it's what I have and I'm glad to share it with you.

I built one similar to this for my daughter. I didn't put in the dividers and the top has a rack to hold the swords she received as trophies.
Are you thinking of one that looks like a torii gate?
