How do you keep wires from falling down behind the desk? When I unplug the power cord or the printer cord etc it falls off the back. Suggestions?

Never mind, I just Googled "Cord Management" and found many good answers.

Twist ties work well enough.

I use a tiny butterfly style paper clip around the cord.
