Having recently visited the Esherick studio, I was inspired to make this side table/desk with walnut legs and cherry top (similar to his hickory and walnut table)- finished with a new (to me) 1 part finish called Rubio Monocoat.
Nice table!! At first I thought the sun spots coming through the window was some sort of inlay... I just think the table is cool as hell!!
Really nice. It looks like the natural shape of the top lends itself to a ergonomically comfortable computer desk.
