Maybe I'm using the wrong term. This is a picture of my deep hollower with a flat bottom scraping at what I would consider 90 degrees. If that bar had a round bottom I could rotate the cutter counter clockwise as your looking into the turning.

Looks like the Sorby (RS2000) system.  Kids got me the "hundred dollar hooker" for fathers' day years back, as they love repeating.  If you buy flat stock for scrapers or get into a metal machining catalog, you can grind/find different bevel angles that you can use to help with any particular task.  For finishing, I use my Stewart system, which has a round shank, and a round end similar to the Hunter.  Clamp the round to make a flat spot if you don't do metal bending.  With a little help, fairly easy to hold the proper angle.
