This Fay and Egan mortiser is from the 40's . Its in very good condition and under power in my shop located in central Ohio. The motor is 220V - 3 PHASE which I run on a static converter (not included as it also runs other equipment). Their are a couple of static converters on ebay for around $50.00. I have used this for a great number of years and it has never gave me any problems. $1,000.00
