Fastenal! They may not have them in stock, but they will order them for you. The flat heads are pure square drive and the washer heads are phillips/square combos. They look just like the ones I use to order from McFeely's.

Just picked up a few sizes of machine screws that I was low on. About the only place to find square drive machine screws without having to order a large quantity.
