Here are two good hand saws for sale: a Disston D-8 10 point and a Disston D-23 8 point.Both are filed crosscut.
Both are sharp and ready to use, the blades are straight, and they have been tested to cut and track straight.
The D-8 has a 26" blade, measuring 6-1/2" wide in front of the handle, and 2-5/8" wide at the toe. The etch is pretty clear, and there are a few sports of minor pitting from rust on the blade.The handle is in very good shape, and has most of the original finish on it. Someone stamped their initial on it in the center of the grip.
I'm asking $35.00 for it, plus shipping.
