Actually, in that neighborhood, that is not an outrageous price; it directly borders on a 500 acre estate previously owned by the king of Morocco that has been turned into a county-owned park.  Very nice area.

With that kind of lawn to maintain, does anyone still have time to spend in the shop? Laugh

I would be interested in his tools, not his shop or house, as I need to downsize, too. I suppose the shop is air-conditioned as it looks enclosed and the summer heat can be an issue.

I have all of his DVDs.  I have my own acreage but the knowledge and some of the tools/jigs I would like to have. Yes
And you just need to live in the hell hole of NJ and all the outrageous taxes and lack of gun rights. Other than that it's perfect! Rolleyes
