I don't seem to receive notifications of new PMs received.  I can't tell if the Notifications On setup in the user profile is intended to send external emails or something internal to WN, but I know I don't get any emails of received messages.  I checked my spam folders to be sure before posting this.  Am I missing something somewhere?

No your not missing a thing. Apparently this website doesnt work right ever since an update years ago.. Members who have been on here longer then me can elaborate more... But nothing you can do about it. I've never recieved a notification either. I just try and remember to check for any messages
