Old timers may remember him, Bill Grumbine passed
I saw that on the facebook wood turning page. So sorry to hear that. He was always so helpful on here. Plus his bowl turning dvds were great he was a really nice guy
I'm so very sad to hear about Bill's passing. He was always very generous with his help answering questions back when I just started out turning.
The turning community lost a great one for sure.

I remember him, sorry to hear the news
Sorry to hear the news. Thanks for letting us know.
Huge loss. Met him maybe 15 years ago, just a genuinely nice guy.
Sad indeed. He was a great teacher and very practical with his methods.
So sad. Sad ...................................

I corresponded with him about 15+ years ago, his advice probably saved me from making a big mistake.  He was very helpful.
May he rip.
