I have reported it to the sysadmin.
Hitting Reply to a post is not working (Error 500).
So far, I can use New Reply to a thread and copy and paste into a quote in the new reply.
Perhaps the software has determined that none of us are saying anything, worth repeating.

seems selective for me. letting me reply to this but a couple other threads i cant reply on.
I just get a blank screen when I hit New Reply.
New reply works for me but I can't reply to a particular user with the reply button. I pretty much agree with Phil Thien.
you'd really expect forum software this ancient and with so few features to be stable by now eh?
This IS the new forum software.
Quick reply hasn't worked in ages.
For me qoute works fine in the desktop version but in mobile it is blank like MsNomer mentioned
Been that way for as long as we've had the new forum software.
