Hello Admins,

I have tried to reset the password for my main account of bpatters69 but I don't get the reset email. I have tried 10 times.

What do I do?

I'm having the same issue. Had to create a new temporary login so I could PM sysadmin for help, which I've done 3 times over the last month, with no response. Is there a system admin who goes by another Username?

System Admin - please help!

Just adding on: the password management facility seems to be hosed.

'Send an email to reset my password' has not worked for me for years. I tried it most recently yesterday - the WN UI does not indicate a reset email is sent, nor is an email ever received.

Nor does 'change my password' work - when I hit Update Password, the screen refreshes to blank entries and there is no indication of success or failure..and the new password I input doesn't work either.
