Been using Klingspor cutoffs for years now. Quality sandpaper, good value. When I lived in Charlotte NC our woodworking club met at the Charlotte store (since closed down) and in the store there was a big plywood bin you could pick thru of this stuff, sold by the pound. I'd pick some out every time I went to the store. That's been over 20 years now and I still have some of that material in my shop. I second the recommendation.
I bought the roll cutoffs fro Klngspoor. All quality oieces and there are eneough long ones of the correct grit that I will be abie to cut my own pieces for my performax 16-32 for a long time
I bought a bunch years ago.  Still have a bunch.
