Full Version: The Legs were Always There

I'm fixing up a super-plain box that was in my pile of stuff.

I decided to add some legs, by removing some wood that was not legs.   I started with some 1/2" drilled holes, then worked on material removal.  My coping saw was a hassle, and I found a chisel went a lot faster.

    It's wiped-on Tru Oil.    I am hoping that the fir/spruce/pine top ages a bit darker soon.   The red oak sides are from my special stash which has pleased me often Smile

Nice job, as usual Chris.  You have made successful "saves" out of several challenging finds.
