To my knowledge I have never heard of Left hand or Right hand tools.  All the grinds are the same on even skews which can be flipped to use both sides.

I learned turning in a wheel chair and had to learn to use both hands or move the chair ALL the time.

These are improperly ground. the bevel is wrong too. I will fix them when my shop warms up.
