That is one Will Meyers did a few years ago for WK Finetools. Will saved it when that site went down and reposted it to his own Eclectic Mechanicals as a pdf.

When I first saw this thread, I said to myself "Gotta build it." Don't really have room for it or a pressing need, but just can't resist. Already have the face vise screw and the tail vise on order and hope to pick-up the wood this week. Plan to make it out of sugar pine. I downloaded Will Myers DVD and learned a lot from it.
If anyone else builds one, please post your experiences.
