No luck.
I got to the sale at around 15 minutes after the start and most tools of any value were gone. The sale was for a pattern maker with a taste for quality tools.
I met someone I know when I was leaving and he said that someone ahead of him was just throuwing tools in his bag. My acquaintance said stuff went real cheap.
I wasn't that interested in these chisels. More curious.
There were several Starrett items I was interested in as well as some Berg chisels. All gone. I did see one used up berg bench chisel with a $75 tag on it. That one will stay there.
I can't have all of them.
