Was going to design and build a new one, but I just couldn't tear it apart when the time came. So there it sits. RE: 16 years ago this month - Tapper - 10-22-2019 Built the European bench featured in Woodsmith #50 over 20 years ago. Built it mainly out of recycled hardwood I collected over time. Think I bought two sticks to finish it. It has served me well with the face vise and the tail vise with dog holes. I've noticed some linear cracks in the top recently. I think it' time for some refurbishment. Doug |
