Never use Angie. It's the fastest way to get soaked and pay at least 4 times too much. Plus, you will fight for months to terminate the membership billing game.
When I find a safe company, I dig into them with talons, and name drop. Know or work with people who deal with contractors in a professional capacity. They weed out the flakey crap. Oh, and all the advertising you see costs money. Do you want to pay for that or a job well done?
