A drawn line.  A back saw (or pull saw).  A steady hand.  And most of all lots of patience.  Sometimes the old-fashioned way is the best way.

Can you make a close cut and use a sander to get it exactly right?

If you have a digital protractor gauge set it at 34* and mark the wood and tip the bandsaw table until you get the angle or close to the angle and sand the rest off.
