I see this a lot on newer homes. Most likely from the house settling and/or freeze thaw cycle. Some installers put an elbow pointed down off the conduit penetrating the wall. Then a short piece of conduit between it and the box and don't glue that short piece. It allows for movement. TDKPE's suggestion will allow for a lot more movement. But the conductor won't stretch. So consider larger conduit and boxes and bend the conductor in a few spots (sort of a slight zig-zag) so it will move along with the house and grading without stressing the conductor. Also, make the penetration hole a little larger and use a flexible putty arrund the conduit in the penetration... not caulk.

Can you just mount an electrical box over the damaged connector and seal it to the house. i would make sure it had an inspection plate so you could get to it if you ever need to.
