RE: gettin' bigger! - arthropod98 - 08-01-2023 thanks all! oh, and hey, greg! the center of the top and also the dome handle are from a funky chunk of red oak i had. only done a few segmented pieces so far, but this was definitely the biggest. the top layer is only about 1/8" thick, over some 3/4 sandeply. that was a tricky glue up for that one.
