RE: Round pedestal table in ambrosia maple and walnut - ®smpr_fi_mac® - 01-06-2024 Back from holiday vacation. Progress continues! RE: Round pedestal table in ambrosia maple and walnut - ®smpr_fi_mac® - 01-07-2024 Added the top supports. They're half lapped and set in a castle joint like the feet, but stand proud. Diagonal braces are next. Customer is super excited and pleased so far. RE: Round pedestal table in ambrosia maple and walnut - phreddy - 01-08-2024 Jeez, it looks terrific. I’m looking forward to seeing your YouTube video. Do you already have stuff up on YouTube? Care to provide a link to your channel? Thanks. RE: Round pedestal table in ambrosia maple and walnut - fredhargis - 01-08-2024 Really is looking good, Brad...nice! RE: Round pedestal table in ambrosia maple and walnut - ®smpr_fi_mac® - 01-08-2024 Thanks a bunch, y'all! There's not much *good* content yet, just short videos of individual parts of a build. This table will be my first recorded end-to-end, so it'll eventually be my first full video...eventually. https://youtube.com/@TimberworksTables?si=XWXh8eIMHU9Ng1Ll I picked up another commission just before the end of the year and am pretty sure my first one for 2024 is gonna land this week. Good times! RE: Round pedestal table in ambrosia maple and walnut - Stwood_ - 01-08-2024 Good deal. Always good to have another one in line. RE: Round pedestal table in ambrosia maple and walnut - EdL - 01-08-2024 Looks great! Ambrosia Maple is my favorite.... Ed RE: Round pedestal table in ambrosia maple and walnut - FrankAtl - 01-09-2024 Very nice Brad! +17 RE: Round pedestal table in ambrosia maple and walnut - ®smpr_fi_mac® - 01-11-2024 Had to break while waiting on new belts for my Uni. They arrived today, I got it dialed in, and cut the braces. They're taped into place to get the customer's go-ahead. She likes their placement. I'll start cutting mortises for floating tenons next. |
