I don't think the price is too far off considering how much comes with it. As others may have mentioned, do you need, or will you use all those trimmings/accessories?
In my case, I picked up a well used circa 1975, 5hp, 220V, single phase Unisaw, with 2 Forrest blades, 8' Biesemeyer fence/rails from a commercial cabinet shop for $325.
No other accessories, some of which I picked up later on from CL and yard sales...
The price is what works for you, not us...
I do not have a Sawstop, but I agree that it would be a great investment if you're willing to drop $2k into this one...
Good luck with your decision(s)

Just last week, I sold a pristine Unisaw, Centennial Edition, with 52" bies fence, pop-up OEM splitter, lots of accessories, a couple blades, and a complete attached outfeed table system with router table and router and mobile base for $1750.  Located in east Tennessee.  Buyer and I were both comfortable with the price.  So no, $1500-$2000 isn't out of line for what is described in the OP.

If you look at that ad and don't notice it is written to just get it out of the space.  It could be had for less, that's not to say it isn't worth considerably more

Here's something else that is worth a look

Weelis, with the usual broad range of opinions here, did you make a decision? just curious.

For those of you guys that don’t seem aware -  this IS NOT a Unisaw
No   It’s a souped up contractor saw with enclosed stand and a 2hp motor.

That said, the large unifence, mobile base, outfeed table, and delta sliding table make it a pretty good buy at 500 bucks.
