If any bead should happen to break off, then that area just becomes a Cove..
Needed to scrape and sand to 220 grit..all the leg surfaces and the aprons that needed it..so..

Tablesaw is sitting backwards for a reason, because once I drape a towel over the top..

When I lift the Table...2, 6 , HEAVE!

I can "hook" the table's top over the front of the Tablesaw...then scrape and/or sand to 220 grit then..rotate..

Repeat...then rotate again..repeat..until the legs are smoothed down, and any aprons as well..
One final "rotation" places the table upside down ...and a coat of Witch's Brew was brushed on- wiped off..
Set the table down on the floor, while checking for any runs going on..

I normally let things dry overnight, before the Varnish goes on...

Phase #1 is done..as far as varnish is concerned...set the towel on the Tablesaw...set the table upside down on the towel...brush a coat of Warm Gloss Poly on all surfaces....legs...aprons...underside of the top...will let this dry most of the day...
Next trip to the shop will invove flipping the table over, and varnishing the Top of the table...
stay tuned..( not allowed to do anything else in the shop, while the varnish is drying..)

Top has been varnish, rubbed down..and ready to go upstairs...
First I need to clear off the old table..

And then "extract it" from that corner...
Just some old Pallet wood scraps....on it's way out the backdoor....
hauled the new table upstairs, fought my way around several cables and cords ( and forgot to bring along the Tripod)

And get it settled into it's new home.
Why build such a nice little table, only to have it stuck into a corner where nobody can see it? Because, IF I spend any time building a Project, I want to do the best work I can....because, someday, that little table just might be moved out and become someone's Writing Desk...
