McReynolds - 07-20-2015 Actually, the finish applied over the stain is more important than the stain. All stains fade with UV exposure---look at floors where an area rug has set and then been moved. I found out about it at a local wood floor finishing shop. They had half their front entrance done with Traffic and the rest done with all other brands. The traffic side was pristine.
