Cutting tiny wedges? - Aram - 09-07-2015

I'm making wedged tenons, and need 4 wedges. I've done this before, but never so small: 1/4" tenon thickness, and 3/8" length. Any thoughts on best methods?

Thanks!

bandsaw cut them from 4/4 about a third longer than you need

then split them in two pieces

drive them home remove the excess

Handsaw, bandsaw, or even a scroll saw.

If you have a tenon jig, tilt it and cut them on the TS.
