something different for me - Angus - 10-23-2015 Some of you may remember a while back I was looking for tru-stone blocks. I didn't have any luck but I did find enough for this experiment. First time for me incorporating alternative materials in my segmented pieces. It was also the first time using veneers. That learning curve was ALOT steeper than I ever imagined. Anyway, her it is...about 12" tall, jatoba, bloodwood, maple and tru-stone with black veneer. All comments and critiques appreciated. Re: something different for me - Steve K - 10-23-2015 Beautiful work!
