Christmas Nutcracker - StanJ - 12-09-2015
My son continues to make his nutcrackers (this one won't crack anything) He had a commission from a friend of mine - it's off to be a Christmas present. This one stands about 16" tall. The wood came from a weeping cherry tree that a friend cut down. The base is Ash.

He did a great job on the beads, coves and flats. How old is he and how long has he been turning?

My son Spencer is 17 and has been turning for about a year now.
