Awesome! Thanks for sharing. I've never met Leonard Lee, but I've met and talked to Rob several times. How many executives of that size company will let you bend their ear without having to fight through an army of underlings, and then have that conversation without continually checking their watch? Lee Valley. Lee and Son. Class acts. Hope the next generation keeps up the tradition.

The way the Lee family runs LV is dying in the business world. Everyone tells you they value their customers in word but not in deed. LV is simply legendary.
