Put wrench in vise.
Heat wrench cherry red with torch.
Bend wrench to desired shape.

if it is one of the wrenches you got with the router you can bend them cold
They are not what you would call tool steel....

I bought one for my big PC router, and find I don't use it. I can raise the router up high enough that I can get the normal flat wrenches on it.

Does woodcraft/Woodriver not make the size you need?
Personally, I would cut the wrench into three pieces and weld it back together. Router collets should not be so tight the weld would be in danger of being to weak.

This. I bent mine with a hammer in a metal vise. Took all of 2 minutes.

It's also pretty easy to grind a slightly smaller wrench to the correct size. I didn't like the flimsy one that came with my router.

Tried this and it snapped...must not have been hot enough.
