Perfection Jionter Guage - Downwindtracker2 - 05-14-2016

On the way back from camping we stopped at an old service station that had a sign saying Antiques, mostly old trucks but in the office he had some old tools. One of the tools neither he nor I had any idea what it was,but it was in good shape though. On it was No88 below that M.F.Co. Millers Falls Mass . He wanted $12, I offered $10 and got it. Looking it up, it's a Perfection Jointer Guage. It clamps on the side of a plane and is adjustable for angles.

The '54 Dodge pickup I left behind.

What you didn't jump on that Dodge pick em up, that was a cool body style.

That was a steal.

But...but...the Dodge was Job Rated! How, how could you leave that behind?

Nice get on the jointer gauge.

That fine for you young guys to say.

The 54? is very handsome model, it sat between a late 30s 1ton dually stake side and a 57 panel. All Dodges, is there any other brand? It's going to take me another 67 years to complete the projects I have on the go, besides the wife was with me.

In an attempt to end the suspense, here's a photo of the jointer gauge the OP referenced (courtesy Patrick Leach's monthly tool list)
