Everbuild 502 adhesive - Cooler - 05-23-2016 I was watching a documentary on the way Morgan automobiles were constructed. Basically mostly with rudimentary tools like a press brake for the aluminum chassis, and a special router for the ash frame. They did make a point of using a “special high strength adhesive” for the ash. A glimpse of the applicator bottle gave the clue of “502”. A quick Google search resulted in Everbuild 502 All Purpose Adhesive. http://www.everbuild.co.uk/502-All-Purpose-Weatherproof-Wood-Adhesive Any idea what makes this stuff special? You can get it on Amazon.com Re: Everbuild 502 adhesive - Alan S - 05-23-2016 The technical data sheet looked like it could be a PVA glue like Titebond, so I searched for that with everbuild, and found this. It sounds roughly equivalent to Titebond 2. |
