Steve you did a wonderful job and I like it a lot.  What kind of wood is it and how did you do all of it?

Arlin and Tod. It is a one piece form, no segments. The form is turned and hollowed to about 1/8". The "lattice" is created with a zentangle pattern called "cubine" and then the shading is done with pyrography which creates a 3D effect. You can see the pattern I used in this video.
