Waterbased Polyurethane - Jack01 - 10-03-2016

I am refinishing 2 chairs.  I removed previous finish to the bare wood.
Then applied oil based wiping stain 2 days ago, now I am ready for finish coat

I prefer to use water based Polyurethane because of low to no odor and easy clean up.
I have access to following water based Polyurethane, let me know which one will be a good choice.

  1. General Finish- HP Polyurethane-  Woodcraft
  2. General Finish-Enduro VAR  -  Woodcraft
  3. Minimax -Polyurethane  at Home Depot
  4. Varathane- At Lows
Thanks

Any of them should do a good job.  My preference has been GF but others make good products, too.  Of the two GF products, EnduroVar is the more durable and on par with most solvent based varnishes.

Wait another day before you start.

Good deal.  I recommend you apply no more than 3 coats.
