Wood Conditioner or Sanding Sealer - Halfathumb - 10-06-2016
I'm making a loft bed out of pine. I plan to use orange shellac as the top coat. Which one of the above would provide a better finish?

Just use the shellac. It will work as the wood conditioner, sanding sealer and top coat all in one.

Thanks. Over 10 years ago I made Norm's Irish Hutch and I thought that's all I used on it.
