Brese 650-55J for sale- SOLD - joemac - 10-07-2016 I have a Brese Plane 650-55J which had minimal use in my shop.  It has sat on the bench and been used with great success to finish hard to smooth gnarly and birdseye woods. Mine has been sharpened only twice, with frequent stropping all that was necessary to keep it wicked sharp.  Mine has no deep scratches but does have some oxidation from being on the bench. I started to clean the oxidation, but felt that it would be better that the new owner clean or leave it.  I am thinning the herd and keeping only what is absolutely necessary.  If I were to clean mine, you could not tell it from new.
