Jet JSC-6 belt disc sander help needed - greatscott - 10-31-2016 I picked up a used Jet JSC-6 belt disc sander the other day but the belt arm is stuck in the horizontal position.  I reviewed the manual for the sander and it says to change the belt arm, loosen the belt arm lock screw.  I've loosened/removed the lock screw and the arm won't budget from the horizontal position.  I've banged it with a dead blow hammer and sprayed WD-40 on it to try and loosen it to no avail - anyone else have this problem on their belt disc sander?  Any suggestions?
