Thanks guys.
I didnt get a dial indicator, i used the setting jig. I want to get the knives parallel to the cutterhead and the jig satisfies that,,,for my needs.
I would like to build my second electric guitar. If my wood blank is too thick, i only need to get it to an estimated thickness. Close but not perfection. I will be shaping it by hand, carving the top so to me it doesnt matter. This will not happen soon though as parts are expensive.
Now i have found the cutterhead is off a bit from one side to the table. I will tackle this when i have free time.
