Anarchist's Tool Chest for sale - Ray Newman - 01-31-2017
"The Anarchist's Tool Chest," by C. Schwarz. Hardcover, 2011 edition with DVD. This is the small sized edition: 6.5 x 9.25".
Will ship either Priority Mail or book rate. U$S10.00 + shipping.
Because of prior issues, will only ship to the Lower 48 and only accept a US Postal Service Money Order as payment.

Cannot send book rate/media mail as it contains a DVD.
Priority Mail is $13.60 for a medium box, it will not fit in a small box.
Ground mail service $16.06 for a 3 lbs. package

I don't have a dog in the fight, but you can absolutely send a DVD in media mail.

I send DVDs media mail all the time.

There is no doubt whatsoever that dvds qualify as media mail.
