I have a Whiteside RU4900 spiral up-cut solid carbide router bit. This bit has never been used. This is 1/2" shank, 3/8" cutting diameter, two flute, cutting length 1 1/4". "Never been used" as in still has the Whiteside plastic dip coating stuff on it or?

This one never had the dip on it, it came in the normal plastic sleeve then was packaged in a plastic tube.
