Spoon carved from knotty wood - Ohio Mike - 05-06-2017 This video gives me a new perspective on choosing wood for spoon carving. I hadn't seen this Ford guy before. His video page starts weird, but the ones near the top are like a several hour class on spoon and treenware making. The thing that I learned the most there was carving out the spoon, before messing with the handle. I feel like Doh, half my challenge has been working a piece of wood want to walk all over on me.
