Nicholson file question - johndi - 05-06-2017 Found a set of Nicholson needle files that have the name Cooper Tools on the package. Was thinking of listing in S & S but don't know if these are good files or knockoffs. Does anyone have any info on these? Haven't had much luck finding info. RE: Nicholson file question - Mike Brady - 05-09-2017 That is old stock.  Coopertools was replaced by the corp.umbrella of APEX. some time ago.  I don't believe there is a Nicholson production facility still open in the U.S.  They are USA-made files...they're fine.
