I have used Target WB Coatings for a number of years and they have performed well. But lately I have found it impossible to contact anyone to obtain product information. I have called (typically the phone rings for several minutes with no answer), left messages with the answering service after hours, e-mailed – basically zippo - no response. Good product, not so impressed with the CS. Does anyone know what is going on with these guys. Hard to do business with someone when you can't contact them to get a basic question answered.
