Turned Urn - shot in the dark - digger - 07-01-2017 Hi, My mom just passed and her funeral is Thursday. I was wondering if anyone in my area would have the time to turn an urn. Open to other ideas. Figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. I'm in Rhode Island. Thanks, Deb RE: Turned Urn - shot in the dark - iclark - 07-02-2017 I am sorry for your loss. Unfortunately, I do not have the skills to make what you need. I would suggest posting your request in the turning area. IIRC, there is a member who makes a lot of urns and sells them on their website. They could probably express ship one that they have already on hand in time to meet your need. Edited to add that I do think that there is at least one turner here who does urns, if it can ba a flatwork urn, you might want to contact packerguy® His website for urns is Nelson Wood Works RE: Turned Urn - shot in the dark - badwhiskey - 07-02-2017 iclark covered it, but I just wanted to say sorry for you loss. RE: Turned Urn - shot in the dark - digger - 07-02-2017 Thanks so much. RE: Turned Urn - shot in the dark - digger - 07-02-2017 (07-02-2017, 12:06 AM)iclark Wrote: I am sorry for your loss. In times of stress, I tend to forget names and acronyms. Thanks for making me think that I might not be alone.
