It deflected badly so that I deemed it to be unreliable for very hard woods. Put it back in the packaging and took it back. Have only used standard kerf since then. RE: Saw question - DFJarvie - 09-13-2017 Get a full size blade for segments. You could try sharpening it but it still may deflect. You can use a disc sander to square them up but it's a pain. RE: Saw question - Bill Holt - 09-19-2017 I use the thin kerf for the same reasons, I also use stabilizers. Have not noticed any problems when the blade was sharp. |
