stem casters - GEB - 09-16-2017 Need help on stem casters. I have been asked to make a work table for a gal in a wheelchair. It will be about 28" wide, 20" deep, and 24" tall. That is a small table that dictates lightweight legs. I would like to taper the legs to ~1" square. She wants on wheels so plate casters are out. Anyone out there had any experience installing stem casters in a minimum amount of wood? Obviously I'll need the casters before tapering the leg, just not familiar with the procedure. Don't even know my choices.
