This housing development is a Jeep only community. Jeeps have no problems doing that, however for you hypermiler Prius owners, trying to get your Prius over the curb is only the first problem.
That could get pretty icy and dicey to walk up or down in the snowbelt regions.
Also this would make great ideal for flood zones!
