You are asking $330 for a used Festool, where the new price is $360 (plus shipping, I assume for either option)
Tool looks to be in nice condition, but is a potential purchaser giving up their warranty rights.
Our shop owns a couple of Festool machines, they're good, but we have had the occasional warranty issue.
